A Question of Process #2

06 06 2021//

I really enjoyed editing a second set of articles for 3 of The London Group sculptors/ installation artists for the Summer LG Newsletter. Thanks to Almuth, Paul and Alex for their insightful contributions to A Question of Process.

Do have a read to discover; An artist ‘smacking clay’; Paper scupture that utilises a liquidiser; ‘Jacob’s Ladder’ installation constructed from ‘shiny nitric oxide bottles’.

Presenting a contemporary snapshot of the huge variety of approaches, materials and processes employed by The London Group artists.

Also, included in the LG summer newsletter What a Show! Our members recall remarkable and inspirational exhibitions.

I chose to write a few words about a long ago visit to view Picasso’s ‘Guerninca’ and ‘Las Meninas’ by Valasquez’ in Madrid’s Museo Del Prado, Spain. View Here for more about that and to see other member’s contributions, of course….
