Downloaded 2d images are transformed with Processing code into 3d objects, creating blocks of multiple connected cubes. Then imported into Blender and sculpted along x,y & z axis points – As a result, structures become irregular and precarious as if altered/ manipulated by some form of unseen system or generative process. 3D surfaces are texture-mapped using eclectic borrowed visuals such as Ebay kitsch, 24/7 rolling global news and 2017 world protests, forming futuristic vertical ‘memory structures’ accumulated over time.
