Transparent, layered images rotate upon a cylindrical structure inspired by the 19th Century Zoetrope. Repeated visuals seen throughout the film are futuristic ocean-going craft called ‘Cloudseeders’ – A geoengineering prototype intended to tackle climate change/ global warming.
These distinctive looking vessels are designed to release fine water particles creating artificial clouds to protect the earth from intensive sunlight.
